Are you a fitness guru or couch potato?
Well, if it has to be one or the other I’d have to say fitness guru. I go to the gym 4-5+ times a week, and if I’m prevented in doing so, I’ll run outside or work out at home.
But I definitely LOVE being home doing nothing and just eating chocolate. But often i get restless, so if i just sit in a long time I start doing and saying stupid shit. lol
I would advise everyone to work out a little bit - your body is your tempel. So don’t fill it with plastic food (Mac Donalds, Burger King, etc)
